The Double-pipe Extrusion line is developed by our company absorbed the advanced West-Germany and Japan's technologies.
It's assembled by our super conical twin-screw extruder of SJSZ51/105 or SJSZ65/132 model for main extruder and stainless steel fabricated vacuum sizing tank.The full steeping vacuum cooler assembled in the front section of tank and high power water pump and full cone powerful nozzle assembled in the rear section of tank, this special design is suitable for small pipe extruding speedy.
Solid unit designed for haul-off and cutting machine with modeling beauty, it makes the quality and appearance combined perfectly. Having synchronism controlling for haul-off and cutting machine, as well as speed adjusting separately.
